New working group on AFA controls

The “Association française des juristes d’entreprise” (AFJE), a leading professionnal association of French in-house lawyers, has asked me to create and chair, together with François Jambin, a working group on compliance controls by the French Anti-Corruption Agency (Agence française anti-corruption, or AFA). This is one of the several working groups set up within the very active “Compliance commission” of the AFJE. Very happy to take on this new challenge !
